753b Terms and Conditions — Learn the Details

1 Introduction and Acceptance

753b ("we", "our", "platform") provides an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 753b website and all related services.

By registering on or using our platform, you agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our platform.

These Terms form a legal agreement for all users. They apply together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To create and use an account on 753b, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must be at least 21 years old.
  • You must be located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by law.
  • You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of anyone else.
  • Each person may register only one account.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Identity Verification

753b may at any time ask you to submit valid identification, a national identity card, or other documents to complete the identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) process. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

2.2 Duplicate Accounts Prohibited

A user may not create more than one account. If multiple accounts are operated from the same device, IP address, bank account, or payment method, 753b reserves the right to close both accounts and forfeit the associated balances.

3 Account Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Your login details — username and password — must be kept confidential.

  • Do not share your account with any third party.
  • Do not leave your device unattended while logged in.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity, contact us immediately.
  • Use a strong password and change it regularly.

753b will not be responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account, unless it was caused by our own error.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds into 753b are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
  • Generally, no processing fee applies to deposits.
  • Limits imposed by the payment method may apply.
  • Use only a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Standard withdrawal processing takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
  • Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • 753b reserves the right to review withdrawals if unusual activity is detected.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳15,000.

  • Eligibility conditions must be met to receive the bonus.
  • Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount.
  • Withdrawals from the bonus are not allowed until the wagering requirement is completed.
  • A time limit applies for completing the wagering requirement.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms.
  • 753b reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
  • Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • VIP program benefits are governed separately.

5.3 VIP Program

The 753b VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier. The cashback rates by tier are as follows:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on the 753b platform will be governed by the following rules:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Bets or game rounds completed due to a technical error may be declared void.
  • For sports betting, results depend on the announcement of the relevant governing body.
  • If a technical discrepancy occurs in a game result, the log record will be the basis for the final decision.
  • 753b will not be responsible if any game is discontinued or changed due to providers.

6.1 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various events including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC) and football (FIFA and other leagues). The specific rules and odds for betting will be clearly stated on each event's page.

6.2 Live Casino and Slots

The game provider's own rules also apply when playing live casino games (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and others) and slot games (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others).

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 753b platform and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

  • Using multiple accounts or placing bets on a third party's account.
  • Abusing bonuses or exploiting loopholes in the bonus system.
  • Playing using software, bots, or automated tools.
  • Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the system.
  • Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users.
  • Betting on behalf of or for minors.
  • Providing false or misleading information.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 753b will not be liable for the following:

  • Loss caused by internet connection interruptions.
  • Loss caused by issues with third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
  • Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
  • Any financial loss arising from gaming or betting.
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by 753b

753b reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Refusal to complete identity verification.
  • Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
  • Failure to verify age or evidence that the user is a minor.
  • By order of a court or authority.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support. If there are incomplete wagering requirements at the time of closure, withdrawals may be held until they are completed.

10 Privacy and Data
